Special Terms&Conditions regarding downloads of digital audio and digital audio-visual files

The following terms and conditions apply to the download of digital audio and digital audio-visual files (hereunder referred to as „files“).

1. Service (donwload) specifications

Simply choose a product, and click on the ‘Buy Now’ button. You can carry on browsing our site and add other products to your order, until you are ready to pay. Our payment process is hosted on a secure server, so your credit card details are safe. We will send you notification of your order by email.

2. Purchase Contract

Contractors are Madita.com/Gran Depot and the Costumer. Madita.com/Gran Depot makes certain files available to the public on the website www.madita.com. The Costumer can order certain files. Such order is deemed a application to conclude a purchase contract between Madita.com/Gran Depot and the Costumer. The purchase contract becomes valid if and so far as Madita.com/Gran Depot confirms the Costumer`s order by respective return- Email.

3. Prices

The respective prices, specified per file, are published on www.madita.com.

4. Payment regulations

This site uses WorldPay's payment processing which provides high levels of security. Card and account details are captured on secure servers, keeping abreast of the latest payment or anti-fraud developments. Our shoppers are protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers.

5. Rights, Authorizations

The Costumer is allowed to download the purchased files from the website www.madita.com and to duplicate the purchased files on the hard disc of the computer, to make copies on mobile players, to play the purchased files not publicly. Madita.com / Gren Depot grants to the Costumer the non-exclusive and non-transfereable right to use the contractual files - unlimited in time and place - to use the purchased files as specified above. The grant of any rights and authorizations is subject to the full payment of the purchase price. The costumer is not allowed to escape the Digital-Right-Management-System as used by Madita.com/Gran Depot.

6. Return policy (Revocation Right)

We are not able to accept any cancellations for Digital Download purchases.
